To support its transformation and international expansion, FDJ UNITED is updating its “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” policy with a clear ambition: to broaden its commitments to address the challenges of tomorrow, while remaining true to the Group’s long-standing convictions regarding inclusion and equal opportunity.
Once focused on the French context, the policy has evolved into a Group-wide international framework. The new 2026–2030 policy provides a shared foundation for all entities, while enabling local adaptations aligned with the cultural and regulatory environments of each country.
This policy is explicitly part of a broader framework consistent with FDJ UNITED’s Human Rights Policy, the United Nations Guiding Principles, the conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Beyond its international scope, it also extends to the Group’s entire ecosystem, from employees to customers, including suppliers and all partners.
By reaffirming its commitment to preventing all forms of discrimination, harassment, or violence, the policy aims to foster an inclusive, respectful, and equitable work environment for everyone. It also addresses several emerging or rapidly evolving issues: neurodiversity, digital accessibility, the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ individuals, support throughout life’s various stages, and the prevention of biases that may result from the use of new technologies and artificial intelligence.
This new approach also underscores the close link between diversity, equity, and inclusion; respect for human rights; and sustainable performance. It is backed by enhanced governance based on ESG¹ indicators and is part of an effort to align with CSRD² requirements.
