FDJ UNITED Accessibility Statement

FDJ UNITED is committed to making its websites accessible, in accordance with Article 47 of French Law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

To this end, the Group has implemented the following strategy and actions: Multi-year accessibility plan and action plan.

The developers, designers, testers, contributors, and project managers at La Française des Jeux work daily to ensure that the FDJ UNITED platforms can be used on all types of digital media by all users, without exception.

The Group’s strategy and actions in this area are detailed in its multi-year plan.

La Française des Jeux is committed to continuously improving its mobile applications, websites, and digital services, making them increasingly user-friendly and accessible to everyone, including persons with disabilities.

This accessibility statement applies to the FDJ UNITED website.

This website has been audited by Ipedis, based on the RGAA 4.1 standard (Référentiel Général d’Amélioration de l’Accessibilité).

 

Compliance Status

The FDJ UNITED website is partially compliant with the RGAA 4.1 accessibility standard due to the non-conformities listed below.
However, as stated above, we are committed to continuously improving our applications and websites to make them more user-friendly and accessible to all, including persons with disabilities. The Group’s strategy and actions in this area are detailed in its multi-year plan.

The accessibility audit conducted by IPEDIS shows an overall compliance rate of 62.30% with RGAA version 4.1.2, across the audited pages.

  • Some complex images lack detailed descriptions.

  • Certain complex data tables lack summaries.

  • Some table row or column headers are not properly declared.

  • Some table headers are not correctly associated with their data cells.

  • The labels or context of certain links do not clearly indicate their function or destination.

  • Some scripts are incompatible with screen readers.

  • Some scripts are not operable via keyboard navigation.

  • Certain pages contain invalid source code (improper tag nesting, missing closures, duplicate IDs, etc.).

  • On certain pages, information is not properly structured with headings (h1, h2, etc.).

  • Some information disappears or becomes unreadable when CSS is disabled.

  • Certain non-obvious links are not visually emphasized through sufficient color contrast or focus/hover changes.

  • Some downloadable office documents are not accessible and lack alternatives.

  • Some cryptic content (ASCII art, emoticons, symbolic syntax) lacks accessible equivalents.

Multi-Year Plan 2024–2026

The multi-year plan is the result of a collaborative effort involving all departments and entities of the Group. It was developed collectively.

An inventory of digital platforms (websites, mobile applications, publications, videos) was conducted to identify the accessibility work to be undertaken and to define the resources required to achieve it.
