Unlocking potential through neurodiversity

On the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, FDJ UNITED is highlighting three committed employees — Esther, Petra, and Kishore — who embody the Group’s Collective Spirit value: working together, understanding each other, and innovating.

Why go beyond the traditional view of disability and address neurodiversity?
Because disability is not limited to physical and/or mental dimensions. Neurodiversities, often invisible, can profoundly influence the way people think, learn, and collaborate.

By supporting them, FDJ UNITED is rethinking its ways of working to unlock collective potential and progress together.

The Group’s commitment is concrete: this year, FDJ UNITED has developed and shared an awareness and support guide on dys disorders, produced thanks to the expertise of the Fédération Française des Dys.
