Mission Patrimoine 2025: A New Edition to Support Endangered Heritage

Every year in September, France celebrates its cultural and architectural heritage through the European Heritage Days. To support this initiative and contribute to the restoration of national projects, FDJ UNITED is launching a new edition of its special game offer: Mission Patrimoine, a program first introduced in 2018.

Like the previous editions, this eighth edition contributes to the funding of the Mission pour le patrimoine en péril. Led by Stéphane Bern, carried out by the Fondation du Patrimoine, and supported by the French Ministry of Culture, this initiative helps finance the restoration of monuments at risk, thanks to player participation.

The new edition of Mission Patrimoine was launched on Tuesday, September 2, during an event held at the Hôtel de Magny, located in the heart of the Jardin des Plantes in Paris. This emblematic site in the history of natural sciences, listed as a Historic Monument since 1993, welcomed several key figures (pictured from left to right): Jean-François Hébert, Director General for Heritage and Architecture; Stéphane Pallez, CEO of FDJ UNITED; Stéphane Bern; Gilles Bloch, President of the National Museum of Natural History; Alexandre Giuglaris, CEO of the Fondation du Patrimoine; and the French Minister of Culture, Rachida Dati.

A Scratch Card Featuring Landmark Sites

The Mission Patrimoine 2025 ticket adopts a design inspired by French formal gardens, with six play areas representing six landmark sites. Each version is distinguished by its colors (purple, blue, orange) and its background (cobblestones, flagstone, or gravel).

Loto Draws Serving Heritage

For each ticket purchased, €1.83 is donated to the Fondation du Patrimoine. From September 8 to 22, FDJ UNITED will organize seven regular Loto draws with a minimum jackpot of €2 million, as well as an exceptional Super Loto on September 19.

The French State will donate €0.54 to the Fondation du Patrimoine for each €2.20 grid played, and €0.73 for each €3 grid played as part of the Super Loto.

FDJ UNITED, a Committed Patron of the Fondation du Patrimoine

A patron of the Fondation du Patrimoine since 2018, the Group has contributed more than €4 million to the Foundation’s projects, notably helping to restore sports facilities such as the YMCA Paris site and the Jacques Anquetil velodrome in Paris’s 12th arrondissement.

FDJ UNITED has also mobilized during times of crisis. Following the Notre-Dame de Paris fire in 2019, the Group donated an exceptional amount of nearly €1.8 million to the Fondation du Patrimoine to help restore the Parisian monument.
