[Edito] At FDJ UNITED, we believe every talent matters

Dominique Cavalié

Chief Human Resources and Transformation Officer

Dys conditions (dyslexia, dyspraxia, dysphasia, etc.) affect 6 to 8% of the population, yet they remain little-known and often misunderstood.

With the right support and solutions, colleagues with Dys conditions can unlock their full potential and make a strong contribution to our collective success.

That’s why we’ve created a dedicated guide on Dys conditions, available to everyone. Its purpose is to:

  • Raise awareness among all employees
  • Provide practical solutions to improve daily work life
  • Foster an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive

This initiative also goes beyond the workplace, offering resources to better understand and support loved ones who may be affected.

Through this commitment, FDJ UNITED reaffirms its ambition to build a more inclusive future, where diversity of talent is a true strength.
