FDJ UNITED celebrates Pride Month and continues its commitment to an inclusive professional world

As part of Pride Month, FDJ UNITED reaffirms its long-standing commitment to diversity, inclusion, and the fight against all forms of discrimination. More than just a symbolic moment, this period is an opportunity for the Group to highlight concrete initiatives carried out throughout the year—led by its employees and internal networks.

A resolutely committed company

FDJ UNITED has stood out for years through its strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. The Group promotes a responsible, inclusive, and socially representative business model—one where everyone can find their place, regardless of their background, gender, sexual orientation, age, or academic path.

In 2023, FDJ UNITED took a major step forward by signing the LGBTQ+ Commitment Charter of the association L’Autre Cercle, underscoring its long-term dedication to combating LGBTQ+ discrimination.

The Group has also stepped up awareness efforts and created opportunities for open dialogue, including talks on lesbian visibility in the workplace, discussions on LGBTQI+ representation in video games, communication campaigns, and collaborative workshops with our partner têtu.connect.

An internal network of committed employees to unite and drive action

Also in 2023, the All’Proud employee network was launched by FDJ UNITED team members, as a collective expression of the will to make a difference. Its mission: to improve the inclusion of LGBTQI+ individuals within the company.

The network is built on three pillars:

  • Highlighting the diverse identities and journeys of LGBTQI+ employees across the Group;
  • Raising awareness and offering training through internal campaigns and events;
  • Creating safe spaces for dialogue and support, making FDJ UNITED a “safe place” where everyone can truly be themselves each day.

Three employees share their “out” stories at FDJ UNITED

In an exclusive video, three LGBTQI+ network members from different national backgrounds share their experiences at FDJ UNITED. They talk about coming out at work, being an ally, their sense of inclusion, and how the freedom to speak openly has directly impacted their well-being and performance.

These personal stories embody the Group’s values and demonstrate that professional excellence and inclusion go hand in hand.

A strong voice at the highest level

In an op-ed published on her LinkedIn account in 2024, Stéphane Pallez, Chairwoman and CEO of FDJ UNITED, reflected on the company’s inclusion journey. She emphasized the importance of setting clear goals to achieve lasting progress.

Following major strides in gender equality—with nearly 40% of women across the Group and a dedicated budget to reduce the gender pay gap—FDJ UNITED is now advancing concrete, measurable actions to foster LGBTQI+ inclusion.

We must acknowledge that LGBTQI+ inclusion is a core issue, on par with all other forms of discrimination. Companies have a duty to provide a safe, respectful, and equal environment for all employees.”

In 2025, the Group also co-signed the op-ed led by Têtu, titled: “Diversity unites us, inclusion strengthens us.” In a global context where human rights—particularly those of women and LGBTQI+ people—are increasingly under threat, this op-ed highlights the vital role of diversity and inclusion policies in the corporate world.

Visible commitment, shared responsibility

As a major player in the French economy, FDJ UNITED embraces a strong social responsibility. With visibility among 33 million customers, the Group can powerfully champion causes that matter: equal opportunity, minority inclusion, accessibility, and diversity in all its forms.

From supporting women’s sports to high-impact initiatives and public statements, FDJ UNITED leverages all its platforms to spotlight inspiring stories and advance inclusion in society.

Let’s commit together to building a respectful and inclusive workplace—every day of the year.
