The Stakeholder Committee

The Stakeholder Committee aims to foster high-level dialogue on cross-cutting issues facing the Group. By placing foresight and collective anticipation at the heart of its work, it helps proactively identify major trends and future challenges to inform FDJ UNITED’s strategy. It also monitors the implementation of commitments related to the Group’s purpose.

Composed of fourteen individuals representing the diversity of stakeholders with whom FDJ UNITED interacts, the Committee is chaired by Agnès Audier, President of the Impact Tank. It meets three times a year in the presence of Stéphane Pallez, Chair and CEO of FDJ UNITED, and Charles Lantieri, Deputy CEO of the Group. The Committee members bring varied and complementary expertise in key areas for the Group.

Whatever the topic discussed during these meetings, we take a forward-looking approach and consider several scenarios, guided by a common thread: what will we regret not having done in ten years’ time?
