At FDJ UNITED, our transformation into an international group marks the beginning of a new chapter. In this context, our purchasing decisions serve as true strategic levers that reflect our values, support our performance and ESG ambitions, and foster a lasting positive impact across our ecosystem.
This FDJ UNITED Purchasing Policy is part of a dynamic of transformation and structuring on an international scale, marking a new stage in the development and maturity of FDJ UNITED. It reflects the common desire to form a group, by affirming a collective posture based on coherence, trust and the value of our entire ecosystem.
It is structured around five fundamental pillars:

In alignment with the Group’s CSR policy, FDJ UNITED’s Purchasing Department has been committed to a Sustainable Purchasing approach since 2012. This commitment encourages the mobilization of all FDJ UNITED stakeholders.
Supplier Relationship
Our objective: to build a solid, responsible and innovative supplier ecosystem
FDJ UNITED maintains relationships with its partners based on transparency, reliability and mutual respect, in a logic of shared progress, continuous improvement, and a balance of benefits and risks.
The level of collaboration and engagement is adapted to the strategic importance of each supplier, with a particular focus on those who contribute most to the Group’s performance and transformation.
This commitment is reflected in concrete actions:
- Signing of the Sustainable Procurement and Supplier Relations Charterin 2014.
- Obtaining “Sustainable Procurement and Supplier Relations” label by the Médiation des entreprises of the ministère de l’Economie et des Finances in 2021 and 2024.

CSR
Our objective : to integrate environmental, social and ethical issues into our purchasing decisions
FDJ UNITED’s Purchasing policy places sustainability at the heart of every step of the purchasing cycle: reducing the carbon footprint, promoting inclusion and guaranteeing the integrity of supplier relationships.
This commitment is reflected in concrete actions by 2030:
- Reduce the carbon footprint of purchases on Scope 3 by 25%, by favouring low-carbon and circular solutions.
- Achieve 100% ESG assessments for strategic suppliers, to increase transparency and risk control.
- Promote a supplier diversity approach, working with SMEs and inclusive businesses.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards, based on the ISO 20400 (sustainable purchasing international standard).
Through our sustainable purchasing Charter, FDJ UNITED specifies the CSR commitments expected of its suppliers.
FDJ UNITED maps CSR risks for each purchasing category and incorporates ESG criteria into calls for tenders, which can represent up to the same weighting as financial criteria (minimum 8%). Suppliers are assessed annually using questionnaires, in accordance with international standards.
A score reflects their ESG maturity and, in the event of a score below 45/100, a continuous improvement plan is defined.
Inclusive Purchasing
According to the CSR policy and the Group’s purpose, our Inclusive Purchasing approach occupies an important place in the Group’s values.
FDJ UNITED materializes its Sustainable Purchasing commitments by working with the diversity and inclusion sector, i.e., all purchases made from suppliers of the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE).
Diversity within the Group is reflected in the inclusion of everyone, without distinction. The fight against all forms of discrimination is one of FDJ UNITED’s fundamental values.
FDJ has held the Label Diversité/Label Égalité Professionnelle alliance since 2013. This label attests to good practices in the prevention of discrimination, respect for equal opportunities, and the promotion of diversity within FDJ UNITED.
Through this label, FDJ UNITED communicates its commitment to its suppliers and encourages them to have a proactive policy on diversity and professional equality.

Mediation
FDJ UNITED has set up a procedure for recourse to mediation, accessible to all its suppliers in the event of a dispute.
It is a voluntary process that relies on the freedom and responsibility of the individuals, under cover of the strictest confidentiality.
FDJ UNITED has appointed as supplier mediator : Mr. Henri-Jacques HASSID.
