DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

FDJ UNITED promotes diversity within an inclusive Group

Include. Empower. Progress.

At FDJ UNITED, we believe that diversity of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives makes us stronger.

Our ambition is simple: to create an environment where everyone feels respected, valued, a true sense of belonging, and empowered to fulfil their full potential.

Guided by our history and values, we are committed to advancing equity, strengthening inclusion and ensuring everyone has the opportunity to grow, contribute and succeed.

A commitment rooted in our history

Since 1933, FDJ UNITED’s history has been closely linked to a legacy of solidarity and positive social impact.

This heritage continues to inspire our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. We believe that stronger teams are built through a diversity of experiences, perspectives and life journeys.

Our priorities

FDJ UNITED is inclusive and representative of society. To achieve this, the Group has different priorities.

  • Equal opportunities

Ensuring everyone has fair access to recruitment, development, career progression and recognition throughout their professional journey.

  • Gender equality

Promoting balanced representation at all levels of the organisation and ensuring fair treatment for all.

  • Disability, accessibility and neurodiversity

Creating accessible workplaces and tools that recognise and support different needs, abilities and ways of thinking.

  • Diverse backgrounds and perspectives

Valuing the experiences, cultures, backgrounds and perspectives that enrich our collective success.

  • Gender identities and sexual orientation

Fostering a workplace where everyone is welcomed, respected and free to be themselves.

  • Generations and life moments

Supporting people through the different stages of their professional and personal lives.

Turning commitments into action

Our commitments are reflected in our recruitment, learning and development, mobility, leadership and career management practices.

We raise awareness across our teams, support our managers, work to prevent discrimination and harassment, and provide accessible reporting channels for all stakeholders.

We are also committed to creating more inclusive workplaces and digital experiences.

A recognised commitment

In France, FDJ UNITED has held the Diversity Label since 2013 and the Gender Equality Label since 2017, both awarded by AFNOR Certification.

These recognitions reflect a long-term commitment and a continuous improvement approach across the Group.
